### 엑셀 수신거부 처리 방법

① 엑셀파일 업로드 체크 -> ② 예제 양식대로 작성 후 \[파일선택] 클릭 후 엑셀 업로드-> ③ \[조회]버튼 클릭

④ 회원 선택 -> ⑤ \[메일/SMS] 선택 및 선택 해지 -> ⑥ \[설정]버튼 클릭

* 메일 및 SMS 수신 상태를 변경하고자 하는 회원을 먼저 선택하신 후 설정해 주세요.
* 수신거부 처리는 체크를 해지 해주셔야하며, 수신거부 철회는 체크를 하신 후 설정해 주세요.
* 엑셀 업로드를 통해 처리할 경우 \[예제]파일에 맞게 엑셀 작업하여 업로드하세요.\

* 엑셀 업로드 후에 \[회원ID,이름,이메일,핸드폰] 중 조회항목을 하나 선택하시면, 업로드 하신 엑셀 파일에서 선택한 조회항목을 기준으로 회원 조회돼요.\
  &#x20;(예, 조회항목을 회원ID로 선택할 경우 업로드한 엑셀 파일에서 회원ID를 기준으로 회원 데이터(이름,이메일,핸드폰)를 조회함.)

### 수신거부 상태 확인

가입되어있는 회원 대상으로 메일, SMS 수신여부를 조건 검색하여 확인할 수 있어요.

* 수신거부 상태는 \[전체(메일/SMS)수신거부/ 메일 수신거부 / SMS 수신거부] 기준으로 조건 검색 가능해요.
* 수신거부 상태에서 조건검색을 하실 경우 조회된 회원내역에서 수신 상태를 변경하실 수 있어요.
