# 인터넷 자기게시물 접근배제 요청권이란 무엇인가요?

이 제도는 2016년 4월 방송통신위원회가 발표하고 2016년 6월부터 시행됐어요.

헌법이 보장하는 개인정보 자기결정권, 행복추구권, 사생활의 비밀과 자유, 그리고 정보통신망법에 따라 이용자 본인이 인터넷에 올린 게시물을 다른 사람이 보지 못하게 요청할 수 있는 권리를 보장하는 제도예요.
