# 부가통신사업자신고는 반드시 해야 하나요?

부가통신사업자신고는 전기통신사업법 제21조에 의거 부가통신사업을 경영하고자 하는 자가 방송통신위원회위원장에게 신고하는것이 필요해요. 전기통신사업법 제21조의 규정에 의한 신고를 하지 않고 부가통신사업을 경영할 경우 2년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금 처벌을 받으실 수 있으니 꼭 신청해 주세요.

3. 자본금 변동으로 신고대상에 해당되는 경우 1개월 이내에 신고
