사업자등록이 안 되어 있는 경우는 도메인을 먼저 등록하시고, 사업자도 등록 후 통신판매업 신고를 진행해 주세요.

오프라인상 사업자가 등록된 경우는 도메인 등록 후 사업자등록증 사본을 가지고 통신판매업 신고를 진행해 주시면돼요.

단, 사업장 주소지가 서울/대구/부산의 경우 통신판매업 신고 후 사업자 등록을 진행하세요. \
사업자등록 시 통신판매업으로
&#x20;업종에 기재하려면 통신판매업신고증을 요구하는 세무서가 있어요.

## 사업자 등록 방법

사업자등록은 관할세무서 민원봉사실에서 진행해 주세요.

* 등록기간 : 사업 시작 20일 이내
* 등록장소 : 사업장 소재지 관할 세무서 민원봉사실
* 구비서류 : 등록신청서 1부(세무서비치), 주민등록등본 1부, 사업허가증사본(필요시), 동업계약서(필요시)
