# 파워앱과 연관된 관리자 설정 \[쿠폰, 회원]

## 앱 설치 혜택 조회

**경로 :** `회원` > `회원 조회` > `회원개별 CRM창` > `회원 상세정보 펼치기` > `파워앱 설치 혜택 "조회"`

회원 아이디 및 기기 고유번호를 체크하여 1회만 지급되는 앱 설치 혜택 지급 여부를 손쉽게 조회해 볼 수 있어요. <br>

## 파워앱 회원 조회하기&#x20;

**경로 :** `회원` > `회원 조회` > `CRM그룹 셀렉트창 펼치기` > `파워앱 회원`&#x20;

파워앱 인증회원(앱으로 로그인) 및 앱 삭제 회원을 조회할 수 있어요. \
인증회원의 경우 기기 설정이
&#x20;알림 ON / 알림 OFF 여부에 따라 개별 조회가 가능하고 앱에서 초대한 ID를 입력하여 검색할 수 있어요.

## 파워앱 전용 쿠폰 생성

* 즉시 발급용으로 기존회원+신규회원 대상으로 발행 후 1일 이상 동안 사용 가능으로 설정된 왕대박 쿠폰만 사용할 수 있어요.&#x20;
* 이미 전체발급으로 사용된 쿠폰은 파워앱 혜택설정 쿠폰으로 사용할 수 없어요.

* 파워앱은 "고정기간"으로 적용된 쿠폰은 파워앱에서 적용되지 않아요.
* "발행 후 **1일**이상 동안 사용 가능"으로 설정된 쿠폰만 적용할 수 있어요.
* 쿠폰 지급 선택시 \[자동발급-프로모션] 쿠폰만 선택 가능하며, 알림 확인 혜택은 \[발급가능]상태의 쿠폰만 선택 가능해요.  &#x20;
* 파워앱 전용 쿠폰이므로 PC버전이나 모바일웹에서는 쿠폰적용이 불가능해요.&#x20;
