# 스마트 적립금 지급내역은 어떻게 확인하나요? 스마트 적립금은 적립금 내역에서 지급 구분/ 유효기간/ 잔여금액 등 자세한 내역을 확인하실 수 있어요. *** ## 적립금 상세 내역 `회원` > `회원 조회` > `회원 조회` > `노출 항목 설정`(적립금 지정) > `각 회원의 적립금 버튼`
**① 현재 적립금** * 현재 고객이 보유한 적립금 총액이 표시돼요. * 총 금액 우측 \[+] \[-] 버튼을 통해 고객에게 적립금을 수기로 지급하거나 차감할 수 있어요. **② 구분** * 적립/ 사용/ 만료/ 복구/ 차감/ 승계 5가지로 구분돼요. * 승계란 기존 적립금 사용 상점이 스마트 적립금으로 사용 변경 시, 스마트 적립금 적용일에 맞춰 고객이 보유한 기존 적립금을 스마트 적립금으로 전환하는 상태를 말해요. **③ 상태** * 구분이 \[적립]인 적립금의 현재 사용 상태가 표시돼요. \ \- 사용가능: 적립금 전액을 사용하지 않고, 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 경우 \ \- 부분사용: 적립금 중 일부 금액 사용 후 잔액이 남아있으며, 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 경우 \ \- 사용완료: 적립금 전액을 모두 사용한 경우 \ \- 사용불가: 클레임 등으로 적립금 사용이 불가한 경우 \ ex) 주문완료로 지급 받은 적립금을 주문 취소/ 반품 등으로 인해 회수하여 사용할 수 없는 경우 \ \- 만료: 적립금의 유효기간이 만료된 경우 **④ 내용** * 적립금 지급문구 또는 지급 사유가 표시돼요. * 적립금 등록 시 \[적립금 지급문구]를 입력한 경우 지급문구가 우선 노출되며, 마우스 오버 시지급사유가 노출돼요. **⑤ 유효기간** * 적립금의 유효기간 만료일이 표시돼요. * 마우스 오버 시 유효기간의 만료 시간을 확인할 수 있어요. **⑥ 금액** * 적립금의 금액이 표시돼요. * 적립/ 복구/ 승계 등 지급되는 적립금은 정수로, 사용/ 만료/ 차감 등 차감되는 적립금은 음수로 표시돼요. * 적립금 부분 사용 시, 빨간색으로 사용가능한 적립금의 잔액이 표시돼요. **⑦ 삭제** * 사용가능 상태의 적립금을 삭제할 수 있어요. * 삭제 시, 적립내역 뿐만아니라 적립금액도 삭제되오니 주의해 주세요. * 적립금 부분사용, 사용완료, 사용불가, 유효기간이 만료된 적립금은 삭제가 불가해요. {% hint style="warning" %} 참고 적립금 사용완료/ 사용불가/ 유효기간 만료 시, 6개월이 지나면 내역이 미노출돼요. {% endhint %} ## CRM 적립금 내역 `회원` > `회원 조회` > `회원 조회` > `회원 아이디 클릭` > `CRM 창` > `적립금 내역`
